June Blog Challenge-Day 5

day 5 of the june blog challenge: a time you thought about ending your own life? whoa! what a topic right? will keep this one relatively short. i have never thought about ending my own life in a serious note. sure i had my feelings of deep sadness over a breakup or misfortune in life, but thank goodness for great family and friends and support systems and constant words of encouragement that never allowed what i was feeling to EVER get to that point of wanting to end it all. we have all said, i am sure, and i am no exception, when we are really sick/not feeling well that "oh goodness, i wish i could just die right now as i feel terrible" "my whole body is aching and i feel like death" etc. but this is when we are sick and we really never mean it. life is too precious to even think about ending it no matter how bad it may seem. i look at it this way...someone probably has it worse and/or it WILL get better.

ATTENTION all writers/bloggers. if you would like to write for some money (either via paypal or by check) this is a great site to check out! it is called Bubblews. June Challange-Day 4

day 4 of the June Blog Challenge-let's talk about religion.for me: religion is a big part of many people's life. it is in mine, but i do not try and impose my views on others. it is nice to have something to believe in. some higher being that you can pour your problems to. to me you can be whichever religion you would like as we all have our own ideas and beliefs on which is the best path that we feel we should take to our "God". at times i will look into other religions to try and understand their teaching and what they stand for and you know what, i can generally pick up something unique from their religion that may not be in mine and maybe apply it to my life. in a way, one could say that religion is always evolving. overall, i believe that if we all follow the 10 simple commandments we will live more productive and faithful lives and maybe have more tolerance for one another and be more like the "God/Higher being" we chose to worship.
**what is your view on it?

June Blog Challenge Days 1-3

yea for june! is it hot as can be yet? here in florida it is. so...i must be a glutton for punishment as i am on yet another blogging challenge (click the picture to learn more). as you may have guessed by now, i like having my topics given to me to write about. also, i am going to post about an earning site too and if you like it, feel free to check it out and sign up with the link. so here we go with the challenge for June!
day 1-your current relationship. if single discuss how single life is:
my current relationship is great. i miss him a lot b/c it is a long distance relationship, but we make it work. i keep saying, each day is one day closer to us being together for good.we see each other on about a monthly basis so it is not too bad. thank goodness for technlogy as we are on the phone all the time and sykpe too when we can. it sure helps. i got stronger and it gets easier each day.

day 2-where you'd like to be in 10 years
in 10 years i would like to be in my own home, with my husband and 2 kids. a boy and a girl. so cliche right? ha! i would also like both my husband and i to be in our dream jobs, him in sports and me either as a counselor or in medicine. i would also like to be living in a different city then where i am currently at right now...change of scenery your know.

day 3-your views on drugs and alcohol
drugs and alcohol are bad! drugs especially...a big no, no. once you start that stuff, that is it! it alters your BRAIN and you end up a totally different person. too many horror stories with drugs to even start. i hope i NEVER get to the point where i am tempted to start drugs. alcohol on the other hand...i am hit and miss. i do not drink. i taste the wine from my friend or a family member that is drinking, but do not pour myself a glass. same with beer. i do like the taste of a logger, but again, never had a whole one all by myself. i would be more of a wine person rather than beer. moscato anyone?

**there you have it...days 1-3 of the june blog challenge so far!

**now on to this awesome site where you can earn rewards for shopping and dinning at the places you already go!

Are you all on or aware of plink? https://www.plink.com/index.cfm/main/homepage/refer/561834/aid/1264 if not you should be and here is some info on it! You get points for dining and shopping. You link a debit or credit card that you use often and dine and shop as usual at the listed stores. I generally try to go out to lunch or get breakfast 2-3 times a week and grab something from Taco Bell or Burger King. Every $5.00 you spend=150 points. 1000 points=$10 gift card for Amazon, Wal-mart etc. NO limit to how many times you can go to the same place in a day. The more you spend the more points you earn. Less than a month and already at $30 to Amazon. You gotta eat right? Eat and earn some rewards!
