SWAGO Swagbucks!

Hi readers! Long time readers will know I'm a big fan of Swagbucks. It's an easy way to cover my entertainment budget, save big on holiday shopping sprees and make money trying out new products I would otherwise be skeptical of.

The downside of Swagbucks is that the site gives you so many different ways to earn that it can be complicated and hard to keep track of all it's earning features. Well, Swagbucks runs this promotion once a month called SWAGO. It's like BINGO, except each square takes you to a different part of their site where you can earn points, called SB, doing something easy online. You get paid for filling out your board - the more spaces you fill out, the bigger your bonus! This month, the bonus for filling out your whole board is 300 SB, which you can redeem for a $3 gift card right away. But, that's just the start of your earnings with SWAGO. Because the game takes you to every nook and cranny of their site, you end up earning a ton of points along the way and learning if Swagbucks is right for you....which when you start with it you will see that is right for you!

How much? Well it varies a bit, but if you complete every square, you could end up with 3,492 SB. That is just 9 SB shy of $35 worth of PayPal Cash or any Gift Card I/you could imagine. The full breakdown is below but the shorter version is you can made $35 online this afternoon clicking around the web in your pajamas.

Here's how you can rack up the SB on SWAGO:
- Completed my Survey Profile: 4 SB
- Set my Swag Name: 4 SB
- Completed a Gold Survey on Desktop: 100 SB
- Signed up for a $3 trial of Dollar Shave Club on the Swagbucks App: 1,000 SB

- Watched News Headlines on the Swagbucks TV App: 3 SB
- Disqualified from a Gold Survey on the Swagbucks App: 1 SB
- Referred my Mom/friend and convinced her to try a $50 Groupon, earning her 350 SB. Because of the Three For All referral program, she earned 650 SB total, and I get 335 SB for Referring her: 335 SB
- Purchased a $25 Dominos Pizza Gift Card on MyGiftCardsPlus for Friday's pizza night: 135 SB
- Searched "Best Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe" on Swagbucks Search and earned SB: 9 SB
- Watched a few cooking show clips on Swagbucks Watch on my desktop: 4 SB
- Completed a Gold Survey on my desktop: 75 SB
- Redeemed a free Swag Code on the SwagButton: 4 SB
-Read a short entertainment news article on nCrave: 2 SB
-Redeemed a free Swag Code on my Swagbucks App: 3 SB
-Completed the Additional Survey Profiler: 5 SB
- Attempted Survey that was at Max Capacity: 1 SB
Right now this is: Subtotal: 3,192 SB
-Redeemed my SB for a $25 PayPal Gift Card to complete my last SWAGO square...
This could get you a 300 SB Bonus for Completing SWAGO!
***Total Earned 3,492 SB

Even with all this you can still watch a few more funny animal videos to get me over the line so I can redeem another $15 in Gift Cards to add to my splurge fund! See, it is fun and easy and you are on the computer anyway! Enjoy and good luck!

Saturday 9-- Ode to Billy Joe

Hi readers! thanks for reading Saturday 9. Hope you join along. I enjoy reading your answers.

Welcome to Saturday: 9. What we've committed to our readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated. Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here is today's meme!

Ode to Billie Joe (1967)

If you're not familiar with today's song, you can hear it here.

1) This song takes places on "the third of June," which is described as "another sleepy, dusty" day. Describe the weather where you were onFriday, June 3, 2016.---It was sunny :)

2) In this song, the family sits down to eat and discuss the doings of their friends and neighbors. Mama, Papa, Brother and Sister were at the table. Who did you have dinner with on Friday?--my mom, dad, brother, and little one year old cousin.

3) Young Billie Joe MacAllister playfully put a frog down another kid's back. Do you see many frogs where you live?--not too many. they pop up every now and then.

4) This song made Mississippi's Tallahatchie Bridge famous. What's the name of a bridge in your neighborhood?--the 3 mile bridge.

5) Bobbie Gentry often performed with Glen Campbell. Mr. Campbell's family is very open about Glen's battle with Alzheimer's. Is anyone in your life facing this terrible disease?--not that I am aware of, however Cancer runs in my family on my father's side.

6) "Ode to Billie Joe" was made into a movie directed by Max Baer, Jr. Mr. Baer is better known for playing Jethro Bodine in a famous 1960s era sitcom. Can you name it?---I was born in 1984, so I do not know this one :( Help me out!

7) Bobbie Gentry made one of her last public appearances in 1981 onThe Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Johnny is now seen in reruns on the Antenna TV channel. Think of the last TV show you watched. Was it new or was it a rerun?--Empire and Law and Order SVU and both were current. I do enjoy the LAOSVU marathons.

8) In 1967, when this song was popular, Sweden changed its traffic laws and Swedes began driving on the right. Have you ever driven ina foreign country? If so, did you have a hard time adapting to their laws?--luckily I was young in Sicily and could not drive yet, but yes, it was unique and they are fast and the little vespas can move in and out like crazy. also, the hills were something else and most cars were stick shift.

9) Random question: Which would you rather have more of -- compliments or hugs?--compliments, words mean a lot.
