what a unique product this is. great for that extra energy boost and you dose of green tea without drinking large amounts of it. a scoop will do you just fine. i really like that is organic too, makes me feel safer about using a product. it is full of antioxidants and you can tell. it was so easy to use, you just add it to your drink, smoothie (my favorite) or your baking products for an extra boost of "healthy". if you like the color green, this is a great product for you too!
