My New Meme--Link Up with me :)

Welcome to the Thursday Meme called Three (3) on Thursday or hey...the TOT Meme! I am teaming up with WTIT who does the popular Memes such as Stealing Sunday and Saturday 9. Now, you can add this one to your list!

3 on Thursday

There will be... you guessed it...THREE (3) questions each (ok, well most) Thursdays and all you have to do is answer them in your blog, link up, have fun, and make a new friend perhaps by leaving a comment...we all love a comment or two :). My answers will be on my blog Eloquent Rambles. Have fun and lets get started!

1. Do you speak or can you translate another language? Which one?

A:--yes, i am more of a translator of my parents native language (Nigerian Language) Igbo (pronounced as E-bow). i can speak a little here and there. i wish i learned more languages like Spanish and Italian

2. If you eat Fast Food, which is your favorite Fast Food place to go?

A:--i do not mind fast food, i try not to eat a lot of it. i do like the types of drinks they have so many combinations. i am a fan of McDonalds, because of their dollar menu and Sweet Tea. i like Wendy's b/c of their chilli, and most recently Sonic b/c of their chewy ice and over 1,000,000 drink/flavor combos and "happy hour'!

3. I, the co-host here, lives in Pensacola and we just had some heavy rain that cause MAJOR flooding. What is the worst natural disaster you have been in?

A:--other than this flooding that has damaged a lot places (not my home thankfully) and currently the college i work at has been flooded and under repair, that has been my worst disaster that i have been in. when hurricane season comes, we ALWAYS evacuate if we need to, so other than seeing it on TV, have not been in one.

  1. It is always smart to heed the authorities and evacuate during weather emergencies!

    1. CD, yes it is. i always wonder about those that choose to stay. we can replace things, but not life, at least not yet.

  2. I don't understand the mindset of staying through a natural disaster either. I agree with your comment above that we can replace things but not people. I really wish all American schools would require beginning another language right in Kindergarten. Thanks!
