1.) Do you like Valentine's Day?-- it is another day and it is cute.
2.) Are you going to celebrate it?--i do not know. i am sure the students/work will have something cute going on that day. i will probably wish a few folks a good Valentine's Day.
3.) Celebrate Valentine's Day with Friends or someone Special?--again, do not know this year. if i could pick, it would be with someone special.
4.) Pink or red?--PINK :)
5.)Candy Hearts OR cards?--cards, i love cards. any kind, any occasion. e-cards are good too!
6.) A short kiss or a big hug?--can i have both? a short kiss would be best. but what is considered short?
7.)What are your plans for V-day?--work and again, who knows what the college has planned for an activity that day.
8.) What would be the best gift to receive?--a visit and/or something i can use/need.
9.) Would get back with any of your ex's for V-day?--NO!!!
10.) Is there a food or beverage you associate with V-day?--food=chocolates, cakes, sweets in general. beverages=wine, sparking wine, juice, strawberry milk
11.) What are your thoughts on "Love at first sight"?--i believe it can happen.
12.) Do you think people who have dated can stay friends?--no, not at first. i think it take a LONG time to go back to even being friends when you can talk to each other again. once the line of intimacy has been crossed, it is just hard to go back to "just friends"
13.) If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice about dating or relationships what would it be?--NEVER ASSUME anything about your partner (unless you have CONCRETE FACTS/EVIDENCE). ask them first and just trust them. if something is meant for you to know, you will eventually find out.

DeleteI like your new layout! And I agree, that's good advice. Mine kinda went opposite of yours, haha! I should learn to do what you said.
ReplyDeleteha! yea, it sure is hit and miss sometimes. best to stay quiet and just trust if you do not fully know.

ReplyDeletethank you Paula!
DeleteI would love a job at a college. I tried for years to get on at my alma mater and finally gave up. Now I do some adjunct teaching at the community college. I like your advice - it's very good.
ReplyDeletethe job has its ups and downs. i want to be a college teacher! fun!
DeleteWe don't celebrate it but we are going away for the weekend which will be much needed. :)
ReplyDeleteJen, my friend, that will be nice! Enjoy!
DeleteLove this new template. You are gorgeous, and you look confident and calm, too. The beautiful white on red flowers are stunning. I could live with that as wallpaper - on an actual wall. Very good advice for the younger self.
ReplyDeleteZippi, thank you! i hope this one can stick for a while. It is nice to be called beautiful too!
DeleteI have no idea what I will be doing this year for V-day. I am leaving it up to my husband to plan this year and think of something. I like Valentine's day but it doesn't always have to be a big event, I appreciate a nice dinner and a movie in bed sometimes lol I also don't care for teddy bears (how many of those can you have and where do you put them?!), and flowers are beautiful but they die in a few days. I like practical things, clothes, makeup, gift cards, jewelry, books, etc things that I can use because I really don't need to eat an entire box of chocolate.
