1. plan to change eating habits this new year?---well, yes, after having 3 eye surgeries due to structural eye damage...i need to for my health. i have started green juicing and keeping more fluids in me and limited soda/coke (down to maybe 2 a month).
2. workout tips to get back in shape after the holidays?---start slow and also YouTube has a great collection of working out at home videos especially since it is still cold or some of you may be snowed in. plus it is nice to not have to worry about the time it can be 2pm or 2am, just get on YouTube, find a video and workout!
3.favorite thing you did over the holidays?---saw family, rested, and prayed and forgave more.
4. something you hope to accomplish in 2014 that you did not in 2013?---gain a little bit more freedom and independence.
5. 3 things you are excited about this year?---
--little bro graduating from college (this should be his year!)
--some alone time: family is planning some trips, i am planning to find new work or school and move
-still being able to go to work and make a difference for students wanting to go back to or start college for the first time.
